External Golf Outing – Open to the General Public

It’s time for the 27th Annual Graham Hospital Foundation Golf Outing, and we invite you to sponsor or join us for a day on the course as we Tee Off for a Great Cause.
This year, we are bringing everyone together for one tee-off time at 8:00 a.m. This format allows everyone to come together for a day of fun, friendly competition, and more time to connect with fellow supporters of rural healthcare.
This event is more than a day of golf — it is a direct investment in the health of the communities we proudly serve across Fulton, Knox, McDonough, Mason, and Peoria counties. Because of the generosity of sponsors and participants, the Graham Hospital Foundation is able to invest in equipment, programs, and services that strengthen healthcare access for patients across our region.
Whether you choose to become a sponsor, register a team, or both, your involvement directly supports initiatives that help ensure individuals and families receive the care they need close to home.
