3rd Annual St. Jude Lewistown to Peoria Run Golf Outing

External Golf Event – Open to the General Public

The funds from our 3rd annual St. Jude Lewistown to Peoria Run Golf Outing will go to support the fight against childhood cancer. We have gained several runners over the years as part of our Lewistown to Peoria group which is wonderful, but has created lots of overlap in fundraising efforts. This will be a fun way to help raise some money for St. Jude.

• Price is $300 per 4 person team/ $75 per person (scramble format where all 4 players hit from same spot) and includes golf, cart, hole prizes, and a meal before.
• We will also offer a $50 team package consisting of 4 mulligans (1 per player), 4 move ups to red tees (1 per player), and 3 balls each for the bucket/pool challenge.
• There will be hole prizes, a chipping contest (for those who purchase the team package), and trophies for the winners.
• Registration and meal starting at noon followed by shotgun start at 1PM.

Individual/Company sponsorships are available at the $100, $300, and $500 levels.

• Hole Sponsors ($100) include a sign at the tee box during the outing crediting these individuals or promoting each business.
• Our cart sponsors ($300 level and max of 3) will have signage located at the tee box, signage on each cart plus an opportunity to put literature/promotional material in for each golfer.
• Lastly, we have 2 title sponsors available ($500) which will consist of signage at registration, 2 signs at various tee boxes, announcement to entire group before start, and a larger sign in prime location at hole #1.
